Founded on 1st March 1947. Thai Airways International, national carrier of Thailand, operating out of Suvarnabhumi Airport with an extensive regional together with long haul flights, Thai also offers some of the longest non-stop commercial flights from Bangkok to New York and Los Angeles. Thai Airways is a founding member of the Star Alliance network.
